(MarketWatch) - An interest rate hike before the end of the year is a "reasonable forecast," said Eric Rosengren, the president of the Boston Fed, on Friday. In television interviews, Rosengren, who is not a voting member this year, said he supported the Fed decision not to hike rates in September.
